Operating in the Delhi-NCR region, the company procured raw materials from local small businesses and issued cheques in exchange. Subsequently, it declared insolvency and ceased operations, prompting five complaints against Gaur. The police revealed that in 2011, Gaur and a partner established an online shopping venture in Gurgaon focused on retailing garments and accessories, with Gaur serving as the CEO and his friend as the COO.
